Ideal for deadlifts, squats, shrugs, farmer’s walks and core fitness, the Spart Hex Bar comes with a fixed handle grip. The Hex Bar design leads to a more upright torso position, allowing the user to sit into the movement which reduces risk of injury compared to a straight bar dead lift.

Fit’s Both Standard and Olympic Plates
Simply remove the Olympic bar sleeves to take the bar diameter from 50mm down to 25mm to use standard plates instead of Olympic. Both Olympic and standard spring clips are included
